SurveyGoo was asked by ingredients company, Palsgaard, to get responses for a consumer survey required in Sub Saharan Africa. They were looking to get consumer feedback on the margarine market including shopping behaviour, how margarine is used and stored, buyer selection criteria and interest in a new product concept. They needed a reasonably priced survey panel service to run a multi country survey. SurveyGoo ran the survey as part of our Bespoke Polls and Panel Survey services.
SurveyGoo reviewed the existing questionnaire and made some amendments. The survey was conducted in Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
The survey generated insight around consumer behaviour and preferences for purchasing margarine.
